  1. Purchase Price

Discuss how much you are willing to offer on the property

2. How much earnest money will you offering?

Earnest money- also known as a good faith deposit, is a sum of money you put down, initially, to demonstrate your seriousness about buying a property.  It is returned to you at closing.

This can establish how invested your are in the home and sway sellers to view your offer more seriously.

3. Discuss special terms for your offer
